●The data on this site related to hazard areas, geographical features and political boundaries are schematized for public use and are subject to error.
●Maps and other map contents displayed in the background of this website are in accordance with the Terms of Use (Conditions of Use) for the Location Guide Service. Please note that map contents do not indicate land usage or land boundaries.

This Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), constituting a part of the terms and conditions of using the website (this “Website”), governs your use of map data available in this Website (the "Data") and forms a valid and binding contract between you and Honbetsu Town . Please make sure to read this Terms of Use before using the Data. Once you access or start to use the Data, you shall be deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Ownership of Data and License Grant)
1.1 You acknowledge and agree that Zenrin Co., Ltd. and any of its licensor owns the copyright in and to the Data.
1.2 You are granted the following use rights with regard to the Data to the extent permitted as the “private use” under the copyright law of Japan and no other right or license will be granted to you under this Terms of Use:
(i)to browse the Data displayed on the Website; and
(ii)to print out any portion of the Data displayed on the Website on a paper.

Article 2 (Restriction on use)

Honbetsu town does not warrant that the data will function uninterrupted or error free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the data.
In no event will Honbetsu town be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to this agreement, whether direct or indirect, including, but not limited to, lost revenue or profit, and special, incidental or consequential damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability. You assume total responsibility for your use of the data.

Article 4 (Modification,Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For maintainance and inspection of this Website on a regular basis, Honbetsu Town reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website.
4.2 In any of the following cases, Honbetsu Town reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website without a prior notice to you:
(i)When conducting emergency maintenance or inspection of this Website;
(ii)When operation of this Website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or any other cause beyond control;
(iii)When Honbetsu Town decides that temporary interruption of this Website is necessary due to unavoidable operational or technical circumstances; or
(iv)When the operation of this Website becomes impossible due to defects or errors of this Website.
4.3 Honbetsu Town reseves the right to cease operation and provision of this Website at any time at Honbetsu Town ’s sole discretion.

Article 5 (General Terms)
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, but without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

Article 6 (Language)
This Terms of Use shall be prepared and executed in both in Japanese and English languages. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between Japanese and English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

<Information on floods>
•Flood hazard areas are areas in which the extent and depth of inundation that can be expected when each of the rivers overflow due to the largest possible rainfall, etc., that have been designated by the prefectural governor in accordance with the Flood Control Act. We would like to ask residents living in close proximity to rivers or in areas where the depth of inundation is deep to pay close attention to rainfall conditions, as there is a risk of flooding even when rainfall is less than anticipated. The assumed rainfall for each river basin on which the calculations are based, are as follows.

〇Toshibetsu River	：Total rainfall of 308 mm over 72 hours
〇Oshop River	：Total rainfall of 186 mm over 2 hours
〇Biranbetsu River	：Total rainfall of 209 mm over 3 hours
〇Raunbe River	：Total rainfall of 149 mm over 1 hours
〇Biribetsu River	：Total rainfall of 231 mm over 7 hours
〇Horonai River	：Total rainfall of 130 mm over 1 hours
〇Honbetsu River	：Total rainfall of 171 mm over 2 hours
〇Mop River	：Total rainfall of 130 mm over 1 hours
〇Panke Senbiri River	：Total rainfall of 183 mm over 2 hours
〇Penke Senbiri River	：Total rainfall of 152 mm over 1 hours

<Information on landslide disasters>
●Based on the Act on Sediment Disaster Countermeasures for Sediment Disaster Prone Areas (commonly known as the "Sediment Disaster Prevention Act"), Sediment disaster warning areas ("yellow zones") and sediment disaster special warning areas ("red zones") are designated by Hokkaido Prefecture as areas where there is a risk of harm to residents in the event of cliff failure or debris flows.
●This Website was created for the purpose of providing information for evacuation behavior and activities when there is a risk of sediment disasters due to heavy rain, etc. by displaying areas that are at risk of sediment disasters, which lets residents know when that risk is present in areas near their residences.

２．本別町は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。
(2)有償・無償を問わず、また、譲渡、使用許諾、送信その他方法の如何を問わず、データ（その全部又は一部の複製物、出力物、抽出物その他利用物を含む）を第三者に利用させないこと。

第３条（保　証）
利用者は、データは必ずしも利用者の使用目的又は要求を満たすものではなくまたすべてが正確かつ完全ではないこと及び本別町はこれらがあってもデータの交換・修補・代金返還その他の責任を負わないことを了承するものとします。

第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．本別町は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．本別町は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3)本別町が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．本別町は、本別町の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

＜洪水に関する情報＞
●洪水浸水想定区域は、水防法に基づき、想定し得る最大規模の大雨が降った場合等の降雨量により各河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを都道府県知事が指定する区域です。想定以下の降雨の場合でも氾濫する可能性があるので、河川周辺や浸水深が深い範囲の住民は降雨状況に十分注意してください。
算出の前提となる各河川流域の想定降雨量は、以下のとおりです。

利別川	：72時間総雨量 308mm
押帯川	：2時間総雨量 186mm
美蘭別川	：3時間総雨量 209mm
蘭辺川	：1時間総雨量 149mm
美里別川	：7時間総雨量 231mm
ホロナイ川	：1時間総雨量 130mm
本別川	：2時間総雨量 171mm
モップ川	：1時間総雨量 130mm
パンケ仙美里川	：2時間総雨量 183mm
ペンケ仙美里川	：1時間総雨量 152mm

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害警戒区域（通称：イエローゾーン）および土砂災害特別警戒区域（通称：レッドゾーン）は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民等に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として都道府県知事が指定する区域です。
●本サイトは土砂災害のおそれがある箇所を示し、お住まいの土地の近くに土砂災害のおそれのある区域があることを知ってもらうことにより、大雨などで土砂災害が発生するおそれのあるときの、避難行動や活動のための情報を提供することを目的として作成されています。
